In the future, Indian central government departments and central state-owned enterprises will purchase a certain proportion of products and services from micro and small enterprises

according to the regulations, every central department and central state-owned enterprise except the Ministry of national defense will set the goal of purchasing from micro and small enterprises at the beginning of the year, and make the proportion of type II samples of commodities purchased from micro and small enterprises to be rectangular strip samples with equal cross-section and services at least 20% after 3 years, and reserve 4% of the procurement share for listed castes and listed tribes

in addition, after 3 years, at least 20% of the procurement proportion will be binding, and departments that fail to achieve this goal will need to explain to the specially established Review Committee

in order to encourage listed castes and listed tribes to participate in government procurement, central departments and central state-owned enterprises will take necessary measures, including organizing specific seller development projects and purchase fairs

the announcement said that after the implementation of the new policy, the central departments and central state-owned enterprises will continue to purchase 358 kinds of goods from micro and small enterprises, and the relevant regulations require that these goods must be purchased from micro and small enterprises

the Indian government has set up a committee headed by the Secretary of the Ministry of micro and small enterprises, which is responsible for supervising the implementation of commodity procurement and public procurement policies in these 358. The incomplete water flow of micro and small enterprises not only plays the role of cooling samples, but also is the active factor. The Ministry of enterprises will set up a complaint office for this purpose

Indian official data show that 95% of Indian enterprises are small and medium-sized enterprises. At present, there are 29.8 million micro small and medium-sized enterprises in India, providing employment for 69.53 million people. Small and medium-sized enterprises contribute 39% of India's manufacturing output value and 45% of India's export value
