2. According to the training purpose: promotion training, induction training, pre job training, national pre promotion preparation training, etc

there is a wrong view: training needs, training plans, training implementation, training evaluation. In my opinion, it should be project plan, project implementation, project supervision and project evaluation, in which the project plan includes training needs investigation activities

4. Project evaluation. It should be the internalization stage or achievement stage, including tracking plan implementation and evaluation, project effect evaluation (response evaluation, learning results, behavior improvement, business results, POI), training project improvement, etc. Generally speaking, the evaluated objects include students, lecturers and organizers. The student evaluation can be lecturers, direct leaders and colleagues. The evaluation is carried out at the four levels of response evaluation, learning results, behavior improvement and business results; Lecturer evaluation is weighted by student evaluation and course evaluation; The organizer can be jointly evaluated by students and lecturers, and weighted by POI, training project improvement, lecturer evaluation, and student evaluation
